Q: How do I find resources?

A: You can find a specific resource via the Search bar by typing in keywords or the resource title. You can also filter all resources by Year group, Level, and Resource type.

Q: Why is my keyword search returning no results?

A: If your keyword search is returning no results, it may be because search filters are already set - if you want to search for resources across the whole programme, please check filters are not already set before typing your keywords into the Search bar. If filters are set, the Search function will only search for your keywords within the resources available within those filters. To remove any filters, click Clear filters and then resume your search.

Q: I can't hear audio – what should I do?

A: If you are having audio problems, it may be because:

1. the audio is turned down on your computer or tablet. Please check and play the video again.

2. if you are using Firefox on a laptop or computer, you do not have an up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your machine. (Firefox uses a Flash plug-in to play audio.)

3. you need to enable audio on your browser's settings.
